Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms apply to your use of the ReputationOSHQ service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

2. The service

ReputationOSHQ provides tools to collect private customer feedback through links and QR codes, track customer recovery cases, record reviews and survey responses, draft suggested review replies with AI assistance, and configure public review destinations. Features available to you depend on your plan and on what is live in the product at the time.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for the users you invite, for the roles you assign them, and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly about unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ReputationOSHQ to:

• suppress, filter, or block a customer from leaving a public review;
• offer incentives for positive reviews or solicit fake or misleading reviews;
• submit or collect information you have no right to collect;
• send unlawful, harassing, or deceptive communications;
• probe, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or to another customer's data.

ReputationOSHQ does not gate reviews. Every customer can leave a public review regardless of the rating they give in a private feedback form, and you must not represent otherwise to your customers.

5. Your data

You keep ownership of the data you and your customers put into ReputationOSHQ. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display that data to operate the service for you. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect customer feedback and contact details and for handling them appropriately.

6. AI-assisted drafting

AI drafts are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving anything you publish. ReputationOSHQ does not post to third-party review platforms on your behalf and does not guarantee the accuracy of generated text.

7. Third-party platforms

Public review platforms and directories are operated by third parties under their own terms. We do not control their content, ranking, or availability, and we make no guarantee about your ratings, review volume, or search visibility.

8. Fees

Published pricing is per location and may change. Where billing is arranged directly with us, the terms of that arrangement apply. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

9. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available but do not commit to a specific uptime level in this version. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or misuse that risks the service or other customers. On termination we will make a reasonable effort to let you export your data before deletion.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost reputation.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top reflects the current version.
